Overview

Faculty members use Watermark SL&L to monitor candidate progress, assess course-based key assessments, and align data with accreditation requirements. Whether you are teaching a course with a Watermark assignment or overseeing student teaching, your role supports the program’s continuous improvement and accountability.

Accessing Watermark

There are two main ways to access Watermark.

1. Single Sign-on

Using single sign-on (your UToledo account), click on this URL:

https://login.watermarkinsights.com/connect/utoledo

2. Direct Access

  1. The second method to access Watermark is to click on the URL below. https://login.watermarkinsights.com/
  2. At the login screen, type in your UToledo email in the format: **[email protected].**
  3. Click the Forgot Password button.
  4. You will receive an email message asking to reset your password.

  1. Click the link and create a new password.
  2. If this is the first time you have logged in, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions.

  1. You will be taken to your Watermark dashboard, where you will see a list of In Progress courses. Activities related to your teacher candidates will be in the Practicum or Internship courses.
